The Results of Our Green Poll Are In!

We finally collected the results from our first green poll together and below are the results.

We had about 80 votes in total and as you can see the most popular green improvements among our readers are switching to CFL light bulbs, using energy star rated appliances and eco friendly cleaning products. Close runners up are switching to recycled printing paper and using recycled kitchen paper.

We were surprised that so few people had started using recycled bathroom tissue, we can reassure our readers that there are several “comfortably” good brands of recycled bathroom tissue now available, so what are you waiting for?

The fewest votes went to the higher cost items such as installing solar panels or solar water heaters but hopefully this will change as the cost is driven down by technological advancements and competition in the solar market.
